First Snow!

We knew it was coming, knew it wouldn't be much, but it was still pretty to watch coming down. The bad part was after the snow came, the rain came, then it was slushy, then it went below freezing, snowed some more. We ended up with a total of 8", which 2" melted off throughout the day, and ice underneath that. It was tricky getting out of the driveway! Thank goodness for 4 wheel drive! When Zaxby's opened back up and Amber could go back to work, she took some pics of the frozen pond and the place where she calls..."The Cave of Eternal Darkness".
