Someone Out There Hates Me!!!!!!

The day started out great...well besides me waking up from a nightmare where an exboyfriend was chasing me with an automatic rifle and shoot me everytime he saw me...but hey everyone has those dreams, right? Started out at 5:59 a.m., took out the puppy, woke up the kids, and everyone was ready on time. Patrick had a ride with his girlfriend and her mom, and Brian, Amber, Danny, and I got into the truck. Now the truck has been going downhill the last few weeks. One of the pistons went and oil is building up, and needless to say, it sounds really bad. Well, we dropped Danny off at work and we were driving the six miles to take Amber, then we would be off to the courthouse to get Brian's tickets taken care of, then off to gas, then to school to get him reregistered for school...(he should be done with school by December of this year and then he'll walk across the stage in June.) LikeI said, that was the plan. Well, 3 miles into our journey, the truck coasted to a stop. Try as we could, the thing would not turn over, so Amber and I set out walking the other 3 miles to work...we arrived in a little over an hour...not bad for going up and down the hills. Brian showed up at McDonalds and we went straight to the school...needless to say, the truck decided to act up again and there we were in the middle of the parking lot sideways when Danny came by looking at us like we were idiots! They were there because of a wreck they had to help clean up. After getting Brian registered, I started the truck and prayed the whole way home. That got me as far as the driveway when it stopped on me. I got it to pull into it's regular parking space beside the dead Caddy and Brian's non working motorcycle. I was going to walk back to McDonalds to pick Amber up, but I think I'll give the truck one last chance before I call it quits on it. Any miles it goes will be less I'll have to walk!
At least it was a great first day of school for Patrick!
