Happy Birthday Amber

Just dropping in to say it's hard to believe you turn 20 today. You've got big dreams and I hope they all come true. Chasing grasshoppers I don't think will be one that does come true, though. Enjoy your birthday and remember we love you! Amber and I had some errands to run at WalMart then I took her to McDonalds where some of her coworkers wanted to tell her Happy Birthday. We were sitting on one of the barstools when 3 of her managers and another coworker came over with a cinnamon roll wih a pink ring and pink lit candle in the middle of the roll. The plopped at Birthday hat on her head and we sang to her...the other patrons didn't appreciate their lunch being interrupted though. Here's Amber in her Birthday Hat:


The cake turned out really moist and Brian decorated it with a Spiderman Mask...we only had silver, red, blue, and green, so he did the best he could, which Amber loved. We had bought a pack of 3D Spiderman stickers with a pair of 3D glasses that Brian used as a guide...she joked that I just wanted to play with them before she did...they were cool! Patrick played a joke on her by getting his cell phone box, taking out the instruction books that came with it, put in the shirt he bought her, put the books back over top and wrapped it up. When she opened her package, she saw the cell phone box and smiled really big and said, "Oh my Gosh! Really? They got my cell number switched over and everything?" Patrick had to break the news to her to look under the books....she loved the shirt, plus another one that Brian got her, a bikini that we got her along with 2 movies, 1 she already had. Ooops, sorry Amber.


She's having her Birthday Party at the Rec Center on the 15th and her cake will be a picture of her and Spiderman. The bakery at WalMart said as long as we had a picture they could do it, so hopefully it turns out good. Now I get to do it all over again tomorrow for Brian's birthday.
