Matthew...you finally hit the teenage years! The big "13"!!!! The best years. The years you can still act like a child, but know you're growing up. They go by so fast and before you know it, they're gone. Live life to the fullest, little brother, and have fun doing it. We love you very much and we're so glad you came into our lives.
