What Vitamin Is Deadly If Taken Too Much Of?????

Have you ever known something but when you went to say it, you couldn't remember the name? Last night was one of those times. Danny and I were sitting around our fire outside and was talking about the shows I love so much like Forensic Files, the FBI Files and The New Detectives. Well, he was saying how much he's learned and I spoke up and told him that there was a vitamin, that if you had too much of it, could kill you. When he asked what it was, my mind all of a sudden went blank and I told him "lead". He wanted to know if it was a .22, .38, or .44 caliber piece of lead. After thinking of all the different vitamins we could think of, we started thinking about other things, like Arsenic. After about 20 minutes, and me thinking it started with an "A", we came into the house and I jumped onto the internet and all I could find was Vitamin A through Vitamin U. Then I remembered it was in a movie with John Ritter, so I went to that movie. They didn't mention it and I thought, "Great, now it's gonna haunt me all night." I stood up to put the pizza in the oven and all of a sudden it hit me....Selenium! I went into tell Danny and then looked that up, and that's the one we had been thinking of, except we were calling in Aluminum Sulfate. I'm just glad it came to me then, because I would've been tossing and turning trying to figure out what it was, then I would've had to go to my #1 source of knowing a lot of things....calling my Dad and Stepmom!
